Annual Assurance Statement 2021

The Co-operative is pleased to publish our Annual Assurance Statement which was approved by our Committee at their meeting held on the 20 October 2021.

This statement outlines how the Co-operative complies with the regulatory requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator. Please have a look at this statement here.

We would also like to add that additional to the statement, the Co-operative is also assured that we are working towards having appropriate systems in place for the collection of equalities data. We are assured that we are working towards using this data to take account of equality and human rights issues in our decisions, policy making and our service delivery.
