Annual Report 2018-19

We are delighted to attach the annual report for Forgewood Housing Co-operative for the last reporting year 2018/19.

Office Closure

The Co-operative will be closed on Friday 27th September 2019 and Monday 30th September 2019, we will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 1st October 2019.

AGM 2019

Our AGM will take place at 5pm Wednesday 18th of September 2019 at Forgewood Community Centre. All members welcome.

SPECIAL UPLIFT ANNOUNCEMENT

From 1 April 2019, North Lanarkshire Council will be charging for every special uplift. This information gives the Co-op and our tenants great concern and we would confirm that the Co-op has no influence in the decision making at the Council. If you are dissatisfied with the Council’s decision on this then you should take the matter up directly with them, but we would also encourage anyone to visit or write to their Local Councillor.
