Housing Management The housing management service covers the range of activities relating to the letting of homes to new tenants and giving advice and support on the tenancy conditions. The Co-operative operates a waiting list for its properties. Everyone over the age of 16 can apply for re-housing. However, the Co-operative only has 30-40 properties per year available for letting. All houses are allocated strictly on need and the Co-operative operates a points system to assess need. For more information and an application form, click here. · Rents The Co-operative works in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council’s Anti-Social Task Force and Strathclyde Police and operates a code of conduct for all tenants to help understanding and fulfilling of responsibilities as a Co-operative tenant. This includes:
