Who we are

The Co-operative is fortunate to have a team of professional staff who carry out the day-to-day work of the Co-operative and support the Management Committee.

There are 12 staff in all and the staff team is made up jointly from Forgewood Housing Co-operative and Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative in Wishaw.  John Mulholland is the Director of the organisation and Cathy Brien is Depute Director with Paul Lennon as Housing Manager.

The staff team work hard together to deliver the housing management service, repairs and maintenance as well as the finance and  day to day operation of the Co-operative. To see the staff structure, click here.
