Welcome to the website of Forgewood Housing Co-operative. We are a community based housing co-operative operating in the Forgewood area of Motherwell offering a wide range of housing for rent and low cost home ownership to residents.

We aim to provide a high quality locally based landlord service, which is locally controlled, consulting with and involving the community in key policy and other decisions.  At the same time we will manage our tenants’ money with care, taking all steps to ensure that the Co-operative provides a value for money service in all aspects of its business.
